Celebrate the completion of the Shakespeare canon of plays with us on May 13, 3-7pm for a pop-up Renaissance Faire!
May 13, 3-7pm
1123 Payne Street
Please join us for this free event!
We’ll have circus performers from Cirque Louis on stilts and eating fire and tumbling, larger-than-life puppets from Kentucky Shakespeare (made by Squallis Puppeteers), musicians, dancers, tarot readings, vendors, food from Ciao and Fond of Louisville, Fehr’s beer (another renaissance!), and even a proclamation from the Mayor’s office delivered by Councilwoman Barbara Sexton Smith! Face painting and silly photos in front of a themed painted backdrop alongside costumed kings and ladies of the court rounds things out.
