Sleepy Hollow

Walden Theatre presents:
The Legend of Sleepy Hollow
Schoolmaster Ichabod Crane has a problem: He really loves hearing spooky stories, but his overactive imagination leaves him terrified on his walks home every evening.

Big deal, right? But in Ichabod’s little village of Sleepy Hollow (circa 1790), where Revolutionary War memories are fresh and tales of headless soldiers prowling the wooded lanes are still told, these spooky stories can turn all too real. Every tree, every country lane can become a wild haunt teeming with malevolence.

Can Ichabod keep his head in this spooky seasonal classic?

Please join Walden Theatre’s Young Company for The Legend of Sleepy Hollow, adapted from the story by Washington Irving by Christopher Cartmill and directed by Brian Hinds. Walden’s Young Company features students in the intermediate Apprentice and Studio classes.

Performances Wednesday October 31, Thursday November 1, and Friday November 2 at Walden Theatre’s Nancy Niles Sexton Stage. Shows begin at 7:30pm, house opens at 7pm, and box office opens at 6:30pm. Tickets are $8 and can be reserved by calling 502-589-0084.
Bring out the family for this chilling seasonal classic!
