Silent Auction Class Packages

The parent committee is helping organize gift baskets to produce substantial, well-organized auction items. Each class level will be responsible for donations to a themed package, with as many donations as possible in the building by October 21 (sooner the better!).

Here are the class levels and the themes. Some classes have more than one theme to choose from:

UPDATE: Auction Items are needed for the Silent Auction RIGHT AWAY. As in previous years, we will have a wide array of products, packages, services, and experiences available to bidders.

  • Packages from each class are also needed for the auction.
    • Imagination – Arts and Crafts
      • paper, cool gel pens, paint sets, clay
      • arts/craft store gift cards, art/craft classes
    • Improv – Movie Night
      • popcorn, fancy soda, movie tickets, rental subscriptions, babysitting (for parents to get out)
    • Studio – Video Games  /  Dogs and Cats
      • Video game gift cards, gamer accessories
      • Pet comforts, grooming services, pet store gift cards, dog/cat sitting services,
    • Apprentice – Family Game Night  /  Sports
      • Tickets or memorabilia (think: local/regional basketball, football, soccer, baseball)
      • Gift cards for sporting goods stores
      • Tailgate or game night accessories or treats
      • Board/card games, poker chips, accessories
    • Playmaking – Pamper the Parent  /  Pop Culture
      • Massage, nails, hair, stylist, decorator services
      • Weekend getaway, personal chef, romantic stuff
      • Media subscriptions, books gift cards, signed merchandise, karaoke night, desirable Pokemon or Harry Potter or Star Wars stuff
    • Performance – For the Chef  /  Shakesperienced
      • Kitchen tools, sharpening services, CSA shares (produce, dairy, etc), butcher/deli gift card, cooking classes
      • Anything Shakespeare: memorabilia, books, games, movies, tickets, puzzles, posters
